If you received the wrong part because you gave us wrong information, someone changed your car, you were not sure of the model etc...........we will not refund. No exceptions. This is not a big company, just a small hobby. Unconditional refunds are not part of our program.

Parts are shipped via UPS or Priority Mail. You must add 10% for shipping (minimum $5.00) to your order.  It is suggested that you contact us for a more accurate shipping cost. We will most likely be able to offer you less than 10% on shipping. It is nearly impossible to calculate the shipping costs without knowing the state we are shipping to.  Please understand that the UPS rates have gone up significantly in the past year. Also, we can not insure the safe arrival of your moldings without packaging them inside PVC pipe. This has an additional cost of $10.00 per order.

However, even under the best conditions, the shipper is sometimes so rough with the package that nothing short of a concrete tomb would protect it.
